Anyone know of a children's book about 3 cats, 3 dogs, and 3 ducks?

I'm looking for a children's picture/story book that was published ATLEAST 10 years ago (or more) about 3 cats, 3 dogs, and 3 ducks. I only remember the gist of the story:

the cats and dogs play together and kind of ignore the ducks. Then it rains & the cats and dogs get sick (an have those ice packs on their heads and old fashioned thermometers in their mouths) when they realize they don't know where the ducks are. They look out the window and realize the ducks are outside playing in the rain without the cats and dogs.

An author or title, or ANYTHING would be appreciated!
