  1. Yeah, you just go directly to the bank websites.  Here's a couple that I visit regularly:

    http://www.countrywide.com/purchase/f_re...

    http://mortgage.chase.com/pages/other/co...

    http://www.pasreo.com/pasreo.

    http://www.fanniemae.com/reoSearchApplic...

    These list the REO properties that the bank has already taken back and is now selling.  Best way to go in this market.
