Anyone know of a fun place to have a group party that lets people under 21 in? In Tampa, fl?

We are graduating a class of 11 people but one of us is 19. We want to have drinks, food and lots of fun, but not just sitting around a bar.

Hip Hop Soda Shop on Fowler. I was there just yesterday. we had like countless beers, and cocktails and a crapload of food, plus they have a shitload of lcd tv's with xbox 360's and a shitload of chicks(and guys if your a chick lol), and it all comes with two wet bars and a dancefloor and a lot of private seating areas for groups. Go check it out. Just make sure you all have your ID's though because they check em at the gate.

Fuego Brazilian Grill is really fun. Until 10 they're a Brazilian grill, then it turns into a Brazilian night club. The whole thing is very fun but a great experience at the same time.
