Anyone know of a good liquid Vitamin/Mineral to treat PMDD?

I'm looking for a kind of all in one that is specific for PMDD w/ lots of B-complex, etc. but in liquid form.

The best multi Vitamin I know of is"All One', it comes in powder and can be mixed with water or your favorite juice.

  They have about four formulas for different conditions.

  They are total as the name implies  Vegetables,Minerals, and Enzymes all natural.
