Anyone know of a good outdoor outlet cover?

Over the years, I've replaced or ignored a number of outlet covers outside the house(s). The things break from abuse of one kind or another and, in today's case, rain blows in and causes the breaker to trip. I have had to use compressed air in similar cases. I would just like to find a cover made of quality metal and that doesn't catch on the cords. A brand name would be helpful.
