Anyone know of a search angel in Mississippi?

I am looking for my b-father. His name is Joe Hollister Gray and he lives in or around the Jackson,MS area. He is 49 or 50 yrs old. The number I found for him has been disconnected.

    ps.  To the poster above me - NO - Adoptees are not allowed to know their identity, the State denies us access to our records!  It's amazing that so few people know that.  Please contact State legislators and get these antiquated laws changed and restore the civil rights of adult adoptees!
