Anyone know of a site online where you can do a 100% free background check on someone.?

Every Site I go to gives me a list of results so I know there is information I need but then it asks for a ridiculous amout of money OR wants me to sign up for a reoccuring membership which is a pain.... I am especially looking for PA information.

Don't be silly - personal (and especially Credit) information is 'big business' .. (and in UK comes under the Data Protection Act) .. unless you can obtain Court Orders to force them to tell you, you are going to have to prove who you are, why you want the information and pay the fees ..

"Free" background checks are a scam, they usually contain old and inaccurate information. What you can do for free is look up public records. http://www.crimcheck.com offers an extensive page of public records you can use for free.
