In hypermarkets you have:

ALCAMPO

CARREFOUR

and

EROSKI

all have websites, but I don't know how complete they are.

Then there is ElCorteIngles.com

which also has an online purchase service. Pretty complete (I do some shopping thru this one, but it is a bit more expensive than your average supermarket).

As to supermarkets

MERCADONA (a chain based in Valencia) has sales directly from online purchase so they are definitely good to look into...This is the supermarket where I do my daily shopping  ... Quality is excellent and prices good.

CAPRABO is another chain of supermarkets (mostly in northern Spain).

SABECO (a subsidiary of ALCAMPO).

ALDI

In Discount Supermarkets you have LIDL (german based), PLUS and DIA
