Anyone know of a type of cabinets that install on a track/railing screwed into wall studs?

The cabinets I got from Ikea a few years ago worked that way.

These are usually European style cabinets or even some custom closet systems are installed this way. A horizontal metal rail is attached to the wall using studs or anchors. Then the cabinets are attached using adjustable hardware mounted at the back of the cabinet. It is a fairly easy method of installation and has a clean contemporary look. Be advised these types of cabinets do not have the same weight bearing capacity as floor mounted cabinets.
