Anyone know of an alternative to sky plus, ie a hdd recorder that will work on a standard sky box?

would be great if i could pause/rewind live tv and upscale also.

I use an LG hard disk recorder. It will pause live TV.  you can timeslip it so you can walk out during a progam and catch up later.  Plus record 200 hrs and transfer to DVD. It works with ordinary. con..it can only record one program at a time pro it also also records the subtitles if like me you find them useful.
