Anyone know of any calling cards that have local access numbers (not 1-800)?

I need to call my mom in the U.K., from Florida, and need to get a phone card that has a U.S. area code so that then...maybe I could add that to my "MyFaves" and not have to pay for both my cell minutes and the phone card..

If I can find a good phone card that doesnt use a 1-800 number...? Know of any??!
