paypal doesn't allow gambling online in the  usa.  at least i don't think so.  i go to binglotto.com.  its a small place, but its friendly, and  has slots, horseracing, keno, poker and alot of stuff.   their deposit bonus is  great too.   they have both a free and a pay room.   from the free room, you can win to play in the pay room.  i have never had any problems with withdrawing too.
