  1. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

  3. If you really want to lose weight, tone up, get fit and live a healthy lifestyle and have a healthy body then you need to do two things. Just two things. They are called EATING HEALTHY AND EXCERCISE!!!!!!!

First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn't mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn't mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.

Secondly you do need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up by increasing your metabolism.

This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.

  4. Try eating less and exercising more.

  5. Hello, The best way for losing weight I know, Eat as much as you want but excersize  as much as you can not 2 hours before you sleep though! Eat fruite every morning it gives you enough energy for the whole day, And then eat breakfast keep a fruite at the side of the plate, for lunch have chicken soup for dinner steak, Make sure you have  this too: Sunday chicken Monday:Meat Tuesday:Fish Wednsday:Fish Thursday: Soup Friday: Meat Saturday:Fish

Fish is very good for you, Also drink 8 bottles of water a day. Or even more if you can it burns the callories and it makes it easier to lose weight, Make sure you also have a sceduel for eating. Like when you have breakfast at 8 for example try to eat breakfast at 8 everyday. Same for Lunch and dinner. For snacks avoid light chocolate have dark chocolate instead, If you like light chocolate have it once a week. For snacks also fruit is the best thing,

  6. Stress can lead to excess fat collected around the belly.

For best health you need a diet that includes a variety of foods.  Natural foods are better than processed food for maintaining a healthy body.

You may be able to loose a small pudge by using a detox like the Nutra Cleanse system available here: http://www.free2bme.ws  Also take a look at the Transitions lifestyle system to help you maintain an healthy and attractive body.

  8. The Paul Makenna: I Can Make You Thin Is Really Good..I went from a size 16 to 10 in 4 months =) ♥

  9. Just forget about quickly or you are going to doom yourself to fail. Weight loss requires willpower and long term commitment. The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer.

In practise for problems that came up on a regular basis we tended to use patient leaflets to avoid having to repeat ourselves this seemed a sensible use of resources. What follows is thus in effect me information leaflet.

Weight loss and fitness is always a long term commitment and never a quick fix. If you really want to reduce your weight a bit, this is a complex regime, that should help, I would get a pencil to write it down, in case you forget any of the intricate details.

Currently only using the criteria 'lose weight' there are 9,419 questions and answers on Answers already. Mis-spell it as 'loose weight' and you get another 2,633! 'Weight loss' will add another 1,883. 'Too fat ' 15,515 and 'overweight' 2,692 and 'over weight' 26,269!!!!!.

'Diet Pills' gives 607, Green tea 482, Hoodia 195, 'pink patch' 119, 'Xenical' 91 'Reductil' 78, 'Slim fast' 215 (and Slimfast 69 ), lipotrim 44 and 'orlistat' 40 . Do you spot a pattern here? OMG that is 60,000 questions with the same basic theme, wanting to lose weight!

Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

    1) Eat less

    2) Take regular vigorous exercise

    Repeat 1 + 2 forever

  10. for a workable diet -

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent  carb. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category. 25  per cent protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit ,ideally berries, or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. have a protein shake too, if you want. it will fight the fat and give you extra energy to exercise. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Needless to say, NO soda, chips, cookies! Lose a kilo a week. that is  permanent loss.  pick an exercise regime you like.

get a pedometer and  try to take 10,000 steps everyday.

  11. The Pen and Paper Diet let's you eat the types of food you enjoy while you lose weight.  It's all about tracking calorie consumption.  I lost 15 lbs with it and dropped a waist size.
