Anyone know of any good piercing places within an hour of the college park/baltimore/DC area?

I want to get my tongue pierced but I want to find a really good place since I know there can be alot of complications; there's a piercing place on route one in CP but I've heard it's not that good; has anyone heard of any good places around that area in Maryland (it can be a little ways away, just not more than an hour or so)? Thanks! :)
