It's being shown in North America by Setanta Sports. You can try their web site for pay per view or you can find an English or an Irish pub for watching the tournament.

I'm sure there's plenty. Games are live on Setanta Sports which is a common satellite TV network. There are a lot of pubs on the 3rd street promenade that cater to Rugby. I think one is called the Olde King's Head?? I can't remember the exact name but saw an ad for rugby matches they show on Saturday mornings when I was there a few weeks back. Good luck!

Try googling, look for irish or English Pubs, any authenthic irish pubs should be showing the irish matches at least.
