  1. Sugar-Free Jello with Low Fat Cool Whip is one of my favorite desserts when being healthy.  Plus you can add fruits or almost anything into it...YUMM!!!

Also it is really good to just cut a pear in half and put into the oven for 3 1/2 minutes in an oven at 350 and then when you take it out put some Cool Whip in the middle.  It is relatively healthy and delicious

    GOOD LUCK :D

    but it's fruit

  3. Lol it's so true. I like just eating fruit with lite cool whip. It's really good and not bad for you!

  4. is this for normal consumption at home or dinner party?

    Weight Watchers have loads:

for normal everyday desserts mix sugar free jelly with stewed rhubarb and have a batch in the fridge..practically calorie free!

baked apples with a few raisins and a teaspoon of honey and mixed spice...

anyhting invoving flour and fat is a no no

there's a WW recipe involving tinned apricots stuffed with a mixture of ricotta cheese and amaretto biscuits, then baked in the oven that is suitable for dinner parties.

  5. You can make a lot of sugar free things, but you need to watch the fat content in them.  I make a Cheese Cake with 16 oz. of low fat cream cheese, cool whip and 2 or 3 packets of no calorie sweetener.  Mix it all together and put it in a graham cracker crust.  Chill and enjoy.

You can make sugar free pudding and pour it into a graham cracker crust.  I use about a third of a cup less milk than the box calls for to make it a bit stiffer filling.

You can use fruit and low fat cool whip to make parfaits.

    Enjoy!
