Anyone know of apartment buildings around Elm St in Toronto (Right by Eaton Centre)?

Hey Guys,

I'm looking to see if any of you know of some apartment buildings or apartments in general around Elm St which is right beside the Eaton Centre. I'm not a student but I'm looking to move to that area specifically and my work would be very close to that are so I'm looking for about a 5 minute walk at most. IF you have link to any of the apartment websites or anything that would be even better!

PS- I realize it's very expensive.

PPS- I'm most likely looking for a Bachelor or One Bedroom (price dependent)

This is a nice, newly built rental building at Church and Queen which is a 5 minute walk to the Eaton Centre.

LuCliff Place (Gerrard W/Bay) about a 2min walk from elm.

Toronto College Park (College/Yonge) about a 5 min walk from elm.

Jazz Apartments (Church/Shutter) less then 5min walk to eaton center

The Maples (Carlton/Yonge) about 5min walk to elm.

Katie is right those are close, but there is one closer, on the corner of Bay and Edward St right next to the World's Biggest Bookstore and across from the Atrium, it is 1/2 block from the Eaton Center, I used to work on Elm St (Barberians Steakhouse).
