Anyone know of free videos with good boxing practices/techniques?

I am mostly look for one with the need for NO equipment..

My friend does have a punching bag on a stand though, so punching bag videos are o.k.

  1. there aren't any good movies you can learn from. you can't learn from a video to box you can only learn by going to a boxing gym and getting a trainer.


  2. Yes I agree with the other guy, Rival Boxing is really good. I would deff recocmend that.

    It is great, it also has a few clips from TitleBoxing Videos which are very expensive for free.

  3. Earlier on some one posted this link and i must admit its a pretty good  for a novie fighter to get an ideah for the punches/defense,

    it really covers all the boxing basics, in video form
