    PS. Another answerer, who (according to her own profile) is a mortgage banker that is not good with numbers, says that you shouldn't contact a mortgage professional from Yahoo! Answers. Hmm. I suppose some free advice is worth just that.

    Contact someone in Mass to assist you. You want someone that knows the laws in the area you plan to buy in.

    You could contact a couple real estate companies and see who they recommend.
