Anyone know of good resturants to work at for tips?

Hi guys, I'm in Nova Scotia making good/ok $ at a call centre, but now Im tired of call centres.I'm a teenager, putting myself through school, and people are suggesting waitressing/server type jobs(jobs with tips) sayin that alot of students work those jobs at minimum wage and make the same amount in tips(and sometimes way more), than the actual paycheck.Most people who tell me about these jobs go away for College, and they all say that they don't know which resturants are good for that around here. Any Dartmouth/Halifax people know of any good resturants that are hot spots for tips?

P.S One would think that it wouldn't matter what resturant it is, but what kind of tipper you serve..Well apparently the place makes the difference because some places have more wealthy and heavy tipping customers than others.

naturally a restaurant with a higher bill or more expensive meal means the tip has to be larger. if a tip is a percentage of the cost of the meal, the more expensive the meal, the more expensive the tip?

its really random and you may not even have it but i work at chuck e cheese and u can make good tips doing birthday parties. my biggeset tip was 50 dollars and all u do is get the people their food and do a dance its nactually fun but if u do look into this their are a ton of parties in the winter not so much the summer so keep that in mind
