The only interpretation service that I know about for sure is Dynamic Language Services.  They offer translation in dozens or hundreds of languages, but the Seattle office seems to have a specialty in Chinese and other Asian languages.

But if you can do medical interpretation, you should look beyond the interpretation agencies.  Hospitals and such have a great need for medical interpreters.  I don't know who might be hiring at the moment, but just to give you an example of where someone like you might be needed, see this Web page from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center:
