Anyone know of really hot/ pimp cars i can buy for cheap? (used)?

Dude, Get a Black Lincoln LS, BMW 3-series, VW GTI, Lexus IS300, Cadillad STS, all these cars are less than 11,000.

If you want a fast  and s**y car, go with a LT1 or LS1 Camero Z28 or SS. THose cars are sweet.

I guess you should also check insurance quotes for the car before buying one, for example here: http://autoinsurance.noneto.com

First time drivers usually have much higher rates than others. And it depends from car.

I don't know if you consider it "hot" or not, but the Honda Civic is a great first car. It gets good mileage, is very reliable, looks good, has great performance, cheap to insure, and there are thousands of custom parts available to "pimp" it up.
