  1. You can tie up Mediterranean style at the town dock in Labelle (on the Okeechobee) for up to three nights free of charge, with water, and power too if I remember correctly.  Very cruiser friendly town!!  Venice on the Gulf coast has a free overnight dock for cruisers.  Those are two that I know of for sure.
