I'd suggest Hot Gimmick, keep in mind this manga has more than 'kiss scene', they got some adult content (s*x scene) but don't worry it's not very hardcore like hentai stuff. This was one of the best shoujo manga I've read because the storyline goes deeper with the relationship between the character and this isn't your ordinary high school teenager life. This is one of the real romance and tense manga out there....

i dont read alot of manga, but some good ones are

chibi vampire: its about a vampire girl who has to relase blood into her victims rather than take blood from them, it turns into a big ordeal when a human boy finds out about her and her family, the girl likes him, but her parents make him stay away from her, i havent read it all yet, but its too cute with the girl and boy, it gets sad, i think the anime is called karin

fruits basket if you havent read it yet, its all about the chinese zodiac, kind of like chibi vampire, this family turns into the animals of the zodiac if they are hugged, this girl ends up staying with them and finding out their secret, and falls for one in the family, but its sad because the leader of the family hates her, and tries to break them up and stuff
