Anyone know sleeping techniques?

i usually have trouble sleeping most the nights, I'm trying to start sleeping at 10:00pm so i can get use to waking up early but i cannot ive tried taking 3 second breaths and holding it, then exhaling, imagining something boring, but no matter how hard i try (some nights when i imagine this a song just pops in my head and gets stuck and same with the breathing.) i cant get to sleep for a long time. like today i couldn't fall asleep at all so i got frustrated and got up and it is 7am right now.

  1. Drink a bottle of Nyquil. The best technique.


  2. imagine good beautiful things which give you pleasure. also continue ur breating slowly but dont holdmake no effort to reduce the speed of exhaling..also have some brisque walk ijn evening if ur health oermits.have some evening prayers and light readings. keep out ur office bags in office only.

  3. I have this problem too and the only solution for me personally is to have s*x before I go to sleep, lol..sorry (fun and tiring too, does the trick)
