Anyone know spiders? It was about quarter size , whitish body, black and white striped legs. Is it poisonous?

I live in Wisconsin and I found it when I went to grab and inner tube for the pool, I found it hiding between the tube and the ground. It was like a yellow white color with tiny pinprick size spots.
