Anyone know the URL for a website made by a professor to track his whereabouts every day on-line?

He was detained for being a suspected terrorist or activist and he wanted to prevent this from ever happening again by making an on-line, live log of his every move in Life, including daily purchases, all travel plans and expenses, even has his slippers showing when he is asleep at night. Was supposedly a respected "artistic" website.
