Anyone know the Verizon FIOS internet router passwords?

I have FIOS installed at my house but they didn't leave or give any info about the router in my basement. I know how to configure routers since I'm a computer tech but I've tried a lot of defaults on this router and it's not working.

I believe it is an actiontec router.

I don't want to reset it either incase it messes up settings and I have to call verizon and pay for support ect.

Resetting wont mess up the router, but usually the default username is admin, the default password is password. sometimes though the default password can be password1.
