what can you mix together in your kitchen to make a substanc that works like a diet pill?

Please help i'm 14 Stone!

  1. Mix some willpower with a balanced diet and some exercise and that should do the trick.

    There is no easy way to lose weight and no magic potions either.


  2. 196 lbs?  How tall?  Maybe it's not as bad as you think.  As long as you're in good physical health, a little extra weight will do you no harm.  Also, BELIEVE ME there are PLENTY of guys out there who like a girl with a little extra "cushion for the pushin."  

    What's really s**y is confidence and attitude.  You could weight 100 lbs and still never get a date or you can be like me, pot bellied and always with someone or other chasing me down.  

    Slap on some makeup, put on your hottest outfit and go out with the girls (or even better, the girlie boys) and pick up some dudes.  You'll feel better.

  3. don't try and cook up pills yourself, its not healthy for you and its chemically dangerous. Instead of trying to find a 'quick fix' to dieting forget about when your going to eat, and have a Healthy large breakfast, a standard lunch, and a standard tea. this should keep you going for the rest the day.

    as for exercise, housework can kill two birds with one stone.

    and hey, don't get down about your weight, otherwise its just another stress on-top of life
