You should check out http://www.sampleaday.com . They have all sorts of free samples. Its really nice to find a site that has the samples without the long surveys, or those d**n pay offers that they make you complete. Also you can sign up for their newsletters so you can get the free samples sent to your in box.

The last two links are new websites... they are pretty sweet even though they dont have as much as the sampleaday site. They are adding new ones though every day!

They have free stuff from Wal*Mart.  The website is below.  You fill out a short questionnaire, but I think it only work for US residents.  Another place to try is www.startsampling.com

Sign up to free-stuff.co.uk, they will send you a email every other day with free offers that are happening all over the place. I've got some good stuff from it!
