Anyone know the codes for the English channels on sky?

I asked a question on here the other day about getting the codes to receive the welsh channels on sky. Someone gave me the codes for which I am grateful. But since then all my English channels have gone off. Is there anyone who could give me the codes for bbc, itv etc?

Frequency: 10.77325 GHz.

Horizontal Polarisation.

Symbol Rate: 22.0 Mbaud.

FEC 5/6.

ITV channels

Freq 10.758 (10.906 for ITV3)

Vertical (v) Polarization

Symbol Rate 22

Codes? I'm not sure what you mean- do you mean channel numbers? If so start at 101 for BBC1 and work upwards.
