  2. Depends, anything reggaeton. Reggaeton has been popular here since the 80s and still is hitting hard.

    As for local artists, they are very popular. We have the wonderful Perrozompopo, Division Urbana, Clara Grun and other groups, but these are very popular. Among the younger people here (11-21) rock is really popular, along with metal. Reggae, especially on the Caribbean coast, is extremely popular, and always will be, with local artist like Kali Boom, Carlos de Nicaragua and Zabu.
