Is this now a war between the two countries? I personally believe that the United States should step in and help our staunch ally Georgia. What do you think??

  1. Poeple, if you are really interested in this situation first of all you need to undestand some facts:

what russian army did to the same kind of republic like Ossetia, to Chechnya. You also need to obtain the video of that time, I'm talking about Chechnya. You will understand how savagely russain army killed chechen people.

You also need to obtain how savagely they were killing people in Czech in 1968.

You need to learn what kind of organisation is KGB and its leader, today's prime minister (former Russian president) V. Putin.

Please learn about all these facts (whatever I just listed) and you will understand what kind of nation is Russia, what kind of peacemakers they are.

After contact me and I will tell you about Georgia.

  2. After reading more this I have found out that Georgia started this mess and knew that Russian forces where in Ossetia but still struck them anyway I bet they think that good old USofA will come to their aid. The U.S is bogged down in Iraq that is costing us taxpayers billions. We should punish Georgia for starting or provoking this conflict and gettng us involved. But if we will back Georgia for it's bad actions we should be prepared to face the consequences.

I just think Russia might invade and the U.S would support Georgia with weapons to make it a fair war. In which would cost Russia lots of blood as it suffered in Afganistan when it was filled with US made weaponry.

  3. I can give you a link of what is coming up, this link was written on the 7th, a day before all of this happened. It will take you awhile to read and has been updated today.   This situation can get very scarry, now the US has another situation to deal with. I hope everyone in the US gets off of their duff and looks at what is going on, how coincidental is this, 70% of Americans are watching the Olympics, Russia is in conflict with Georgia. Have you ever thrown a ball at a dog and the dog runs after the ball and you run the other way? Same scenario that is going on now!

  4. The U.S. and Georgia Started this war, There are special ops there and have been there over a month taunting them to start a war.

So, why is the media saying russia started it when the facts are that Georgia started it with U.S. military advisors.

These pages have many links that tell the truth about the matter.

By the way, the military advisors are green beret's. Wake up America, the neo-cons are trying to start WW3.

    Stop buying the lies.

  5. Just facts: Russia did not initiate military action.  Georgia's forces has bombed and destroyed the region's capital and 1400 civilians in just the 1st day.  There can be no justification for that.  DO NOT forget this point. For the rest, see the videos below.

  6. Well, I think we should only step in if the UN cant convince Russia and Georgia to stop fighting.

I think maybe US military presence there would make Russia not want to start WW3.

  7. Georgia stiked the south ossetian region and russia defend south ossetia. South ossetia wants indepence just like kosovo wanted indepence. It is the same thing that happened with the US and kosovo. Continuing on to my point, Georgia knew that russia was going to defend ossetia but they attacked anyway. Russia had troops built up on the border. Georgia is trying to start ww3 by assuming the Us will get into the conflict as well. They attack ossetia because they assumed the US would help, simply because russia is the "enemy". The is the first time sense ww2 that russia has been right in declaring war.

  8. When Georgians strike on Ossetia with heavy weapons Russia calls for UN (it was 23-00 of NY time 7th) August. What is an answer - the answer is silence.
