Anyone know the value of a Copper nickel?

I was looking through some old coins today and i happen to run accross a copper nickel. I was just wondering what its value was cause i was looking on the internet and i didn't find anything on copper nickels. so if anyone know anything well, i guess any information would help. Thanks

To answer that you need its date, condition, and mint mark.

Your nickel has been or was in the water for a long period of time and that turned the nickel a copper color. It also could have been dipped into a chemical for some also do that. It is considered a damaged coin. It also would help here if more info was give such as date and mint mark if any. That could narrow down what may have happened to it. Best i can do without seeing the coin.
