Anyone know their pills?

Found a pill; it's bright blue, oblong, and has WL28 on one side and B on the other. Anyone know what it is?

I couldnt find it in 2 different pill identifier search engines.  You may be able to take it to a pharmacy to have it identified.  And you may also need to consider that it is not an rxed med.  It could be otc diet pill or some vitamin that isnt fda approved, or it could be a designer drug that a dealer has shaped and imprinted themselves.
