Anyone know this book?

I just can't think of the title of a book I read in high school, and what few details I do remember don't yield anything useful. Anyone recognize it, and if so, what's the title?

The main character's name is Holland and I think her sister is called Paris. The premise of the plot was that the girls' older siblings died in an accident and their mother can't get over it. This girl that they think is the ghost of their sister comes and paints a mural in their house, I think her name was Annie.

Yes, I think its a Text Book for English subject for 9th or 10th class. I think the book name may be "English for communication".
