its where a person fills in three people they like, and then its sent to the person that gave them the website address.

say i gave a kid named george a www.whoulike.com (not an address)

and he filled in three people he like, and it was sent to me.

anyoen know the website?

Never heard of it, but I can imagine how many people have gotten pissed off from this. I wouldn't do that to a person.
