Anyone know wat tales of beedle the bard about? ?

i saw this on amazon and i want to know when it coming out and wat its about

It's coming out December 4th.  The Tales are basically fairy-stories similar to Cinderella or Snow White.  One of them is central to the last Harry Potter book.

In the beginning of Deathly Hallows the Minister of Magic shows up at the Burrow with things that Dumbledore left Harry, Ron, and Hermione in his will. The Tales of Beedle the Bard were left to Hermione. They're essentially fairytales for young wizard children, like Grimm's for us.

Have you ever read the Harry Potter books?  The Tales of Beedle the Bard  is a collection of fairy tales told to wizard children; they're much different from your ordinary Cinderella and Snow White.

It's a collection of wizards' stories (Mother-Goose-like, nursery tales). One of them, "The Tale of Three Brothers" was featured in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Last year, the book's only copy was sold at auction for four million dollars (I believe). This year, the book is being mass published and it will be available to the public on December 4th.

Some of the other stories in The Tales of Beedle the Bard include Babbitty Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump, The Wizard of Fair Fortune, etc.

EDIT: Oh, by the way, all of these tales were written by J.K. Rowling. The proceeds will go to her charity.

It's like the a wizards version of The Brothers Grim story's.  There is one story from the book in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, it's called The Tale of The Three Brothers.
