Anyone know what Arby's puts into their chicken wraps?

I have to start watching my cholesterol (thanks Doc) and i'm craving chicken wraps. I love the Arby's ones, but can't go out to eat. So.....anyone have any ideas for a good, healthy wrap that has a bit of spice mixed with a touch of sweet?

ask for NO mayo and do not get their "chicken salad wrap or sandwich" It is absolutely loaded with saturated fat which is what you want to stay away from watching your cholesterol........

They put one slimey piece of chicken, two shreds of lettuce, a couple of tomato pieces, and some sauce in a wrap. It's better if you make your own.
