Anyone know what Diamond are like?

I'm sorting out my car insurance and have gottem the best quote from Diamond.

Just wondered what experiences other people have had with them, good or bad?

I've been with them a few years.  They are very good (if you just ignore the cheesy adverts...)

If you aren't getting much luck in getting quotes, Do your Pass plus which many insurance companies like.

Results are you become a better driver, 1 years no claims discount, and 33% lower insurance premiums.

I went to Sheilas Wheels, they offered more and a lot cheaper.  I started off on one of those insurance web sites that took all your details and gave you all the different matches.

I have been with them 7 years - they tried to mess me around at first over my mileage but I wrote to the MD after my first two letters were ignored and they soon backed down. I have found them to be fine (I hope!) after that, with friendly staff. But I have never made a claim so you would need to speak to someone who had. The insurance companies are all as bad as one another in my opinion. But Diamond are cheap and cheerful.
