Anyone know what UPS pays it's drivers?

I'd really like to hear from someone who either works for them, or has recently worked for them. Does anyone know what they pay starting for drivers? How about a long-time UPS driver (10 years with UPS)?

It doesn't show pay at the site below, but you can learn about benefits, schedules, and other things by each type of position.  Should be useful to you in some ways.
