Anyone know what age fast food chains and franchises hire at?

Question

I know labor laws for Texas say ages 14 and up can work part time anywhere that accepts them,

but im wondering if anyone knows what ages places like fast food restaurant or restaurant hosts or maybe even Starbucks or Subway possibly hire at?

I know most chains have part time jobs for 16 year olds

I believe 15 is too young

I worked at Burger King at 15.  I couldn't cook on the broiler though.  You had to be 16 I believe to do that
