Anyone know what is the name of this leave? Where can I get it?

It Size abpit 4 to 5CM long, 3 to 4 CM Width.

What you have isn't a leaf but a seed pod of Lunaria annua (common names include "money plant", "silver dollars", and "honesty").  You can probably find seeds at a local garden center or in a seed catalog.

The plant is a biennial, meaning it won't produce flowers (or the seed pods) until their second year.
