  1. no

  2. It has Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, protein, chlorophyll,  Vitamin K, folic acid, calcium, iron, and amino acids. Wheat Grass can supply you with practically every nutrient necessary for life. Has lots of anti-oxidants and is speculated to have anti-cancer properties. But it also tastes and smells just like grass. (Yuck) It's better to sneak it into your food than to drink it straight. Trust me.

  3. Tea with grass in it.

  4. its like a herbal tea

  5. Wheatgrass tea is just wheatgrass blades that have been cut and dried so that you can steep them in hot water. Wheatgrass has many wonderful nutritional properties, but the tea has practically none.

The best way to enjoy the many health benefits of wheatgrass (one is that it protects your DNA which will prevent cancer and many other degenerative diseases) is to grow the grass yourself from seed in an hydroponic planter. Plant enough and harvest enough everyday so that you can drink one ounce of fresh squeezed juice. Juice it immediately after cutting and drink it immediately after juicing so that none of the nutrients or enzymes have time to oxidize.

It is loaded with calcium and every other mineral occurring in nature along with all of the enzymes and sugars needed to absorb them. I plant it in ten trays, one day at a time since it takes about ten days to grow from seed to pre-jointing blade length. The effects are just amazing. For about 15 minutes of effort everyday I know that I am getting a good chance at a long and healthy life.

  6. My mom bought my cat a wheat grass plant and she loves the $hit out of it.

That being said, I probably wouldn't eat it. lol

  7. Not sure, but I hope it's better than wheatgrass juice.  That tastes like you are mowing a lawn with your mouth.
