Anyone know what kind of spider this is?

I was babysitting today and giving this baby a bath and I see this spider crawl out from somewhere near her dress. There were no bites on her thankfully, but I just want to know what type this is and if it is poisonous if I ever see it again. I hate spiders.

I dont know if you can tell with the picture, but it was reddish orange with black legs with white stripes on them. and when i killed it I got up closer and it looked like it had black stripes on its back too.
