Anyone know what kind of tree this is (it has thorns)???

Hawthorne. There are several species of hawthorns so I am not sure of which species.  I included a picture of a hawthorn tree leaf. Each species leaves look a little different so this particular picture may not be the exact species you have but it is definetly a hawthorn (well ok 99% sure) :-).
