Anyone know what the art material "Color Ink" is?

One of my favorite artists uses "color ink" to paint her work. I have been searching for this "color ink" everywhere but there seems to be no such thing as "color ink."

Here's an example of her artwork, you will notice that it is NOT watercolor, although similar:

She maybe using something called Acrylic Artists Ink. I use it all the time...its great stuff. The one i use is called FW but there is also one that is made by Sennelier.
