Anyone know what the deal is with my PayPal debit card balance?

Based on how much I put on it and how much i've spent, I should have (apprx) $1.50; yet the info online says I have over $25; there's also transactions missing from the list of transactions; what's the deal?

Go by the $1.50.   Don't spend the money they say you have. No one knows why there is a problem. /
