Anyone know what this video is?

A few years ago, maybe in 2006-2007, there was this video on Youtube it was in black and white and it was a music video of pictures from New Orleans I think & it was featured for awhile aswell. The pictures were like old and one had like a couple girls standing outside of a shop or something. Also the song was like written for it and stuff. So it all went together. ): Not much to go on, but if you think you know the video, please send me it! :)

OH MY GOD! I have seen this video before but...

I FORGOT THE NAME OF THE VIDEO. I've been sitting here for the last 10 minutes trying to remember but it was so long ago.

The last time I saw it was when the owner put it on YouTube.
