Anyone know what website is good to book an all inclusive trip to PUNTA CANA dominican republic?

I want to go in Oct. - when should i start booking? Any hotels u would recommend? Do you know what a good price to pay is? Do u know what the weather's like? Any info would be appreciated. thnx :)

you must do it! i have been twice and it has been two of my favorite lifetime vacations! I recommend checking deals on applevacations.com and see what is available. but do not order directly from the website. its not secure. go to a travel agent with your information. if you are a student or teacher, use STA. if not, find any other travel agent.

if you are going alone, its going to be like $1500 for a week or if you go with one or more people sharing a room it will be like $1000 per person. this is fora moderately luxiurious 5 star hotel. you can pay less for a hotel thats not 5 stars or is a bit shady you can go really cheap. you can also spoil yourself with vacations costing $1500 for only 4 days! i recommend one of the most basic 5 star hotels . i stayed at iberostar punta cana, which was okay. i'm looking for another one in that same price range when i go back though.

the weather should be nice in October as i believe hurricane season will be done and it shouldn't be so hot like in summer. i think you;'ll really enjoy yourself.

It depends on where you live Sharon.  If you are in Canada check the on line sites below.  It's always a good idea to compare prices they can vary.  you can check the weather site below too, it has an almanac for previous years.  October is still hurricane season but that certainly doesn't mean you shouldn't go then, chances are you'll never see anything  even close.

The best way is to go to your travel agent and he/she will gladly give you the best "deals" that you never will find on a webside, they are professionals.

I just went in June and got a killer deal using a friends time share.  We paid $450 for the room and $700 to make it all inclusive ($1200 total) for an entire week.  The room was ok by my standard but excellent by theirs.  We met a bunch of people who booked through AppleVacations.com they seemed happy but their rooms were complete dives compared to ours.

We stayed at The Grand Oasis Punta Cana.  I would say it is a mid-tier resort but you can find better
